AT&T actually wanting to help it’s customers?

AT&T has just released a new iPhone app that let’s you report an error or flaw in their network. The app “Mark the Spot” allows you to report a dropped call, failed call, no coverage, data failure, and poor voice quality. AT&T will then send you a text message thanking you for reporting the flaw. Who knows? Maybe AT&T will fix some of these problems, maybe build a few more 3G towers here and there. But please, one miracle at a time.
